Radio says 'help'

Had a hands free kit installed by the lovely Halfords and in the process they have done something to the radio and it now says 'help'. It is a standard 4Runner radio/cassette with CD and I have followed the instruction manual but it won't budge from 'help'. (I don't have a PIN even if I could get it to move on from 'help'.)

Any ideas MUCH appreciated.

Go back to Halfords and tell them to fix it, or give you a replacement would be the first thing that sprang to mind.... Good luck!
