  • window help!!

hi guys, i need to pick the brains of the wiser's.

i have a 92' 2.4 EFI 2nd gen SSRG, i have noticed recently that my rear side windows are slow on the down and the up, at some points they may even pause, my question is does anyone know if the window motors from a toyota lucida would fit my surf, hav a m8 that is braking his after a nasty cam belt break.

any help will be greatly appreciated.

They probably just need some rubber lubricant spray on the rubbers. The rear windows are usually slower as they aren't used as much as the fronts and they drag on the rubbers.

one of my motors had gone on the passenger door ! ! !
i stripped the door card and changed it over the weekend ! ! !
my rear windows are sluggish too if its any help ! !
and changing just the motor requires removal of the entire window mechanism ! not too difficult.......took me an hour and a half ! just so you know ! ! !
