flash test results

hi did the E1-TE1 light test today,disconected battery first to clear old codes then did test,
results were 3 quick flashes(1 second gaps)long space,2 quick flashes again,long space,4 quick flashes again,long space,2 quick flashes,then it repeats again.
ive looked at codes and am i right that it means,

VEHICLE SPEED SENSOR SIGNAL CIRCUIT--NO SPD. SIGNAL FOR SEVERLA SECONDS
WHILE VEHICLE IS OPERATED UNDER HEAVY LOAD (TPS/MAP/AIR FLOW INPUTS)

--SPEED SENSOR/CIRCUIT

--ECU
the test was done on my 94-L reg 3.0 2nd gen manual 5 speed.
is it the ecu that needs replaceing???

dont want to replace ecu unless i have to!!!!!
