Can you tell me if my speedo is dead or if it can be repaired. Picture is Here

As a long shot, you could try solering a wire from one point to the other, see if that works, but if it aint working now then may be yes its done.

that looks a bit worse for wear to me i'd suggest replacing rather than repairing, but you wanna know why it's burn't out the tracks first.

There was a burnt track which I repaired, took the surf for a spin and all appears well. Time will tell though.
