Rear window control unit

Hello,

Just found this site and I must says I've learned alot in a very short time.

Please would someone give me some advice with regards to the control unit for the rear window.

My rear window seems to lower ok, but when I press the switch to raise it, somtimes it goes first time and then others I have to sit there for 10mins pressing the switch before the bl**dy thing moves.

I can hear clicking coming from the control unit but no action.

Does this mean the relays are faulty, if so can I replace them. Or do I need to buy a whole new unit and if I do from where?
