4WD Control Part no. Pse Help

Hi Guys

After getting a big help from Veggie, and after a lot of investigation on why 4WD inst operating I came to realise that 4WD control is missing I think and may be the guy in Japan had removed it,

I need you help for Part no and my surf is 3rd gene
