the back window

Hi all, I am a new surfer to the surffing world, and so far it`s ace
but has any body ever had any probs with the back window motor, as i think mine seems a little sluggish. any info will be cool, cheers

yeah, use the box in the top right corner and search for window motor... loads of threads on it!

hi jeremy we've all encountered this one have a look on here

It'll be all of these things

1. All moving parts and the window guides will need cleaning and lubing

2. The motor will need replacing

3. The relays in the control unit will need replacing

4. The control unit will need replacing


You wont get to the bottom of it and you will go insane if you let it get to you.

Sluggish normally equals plenty of PTFE based lube all over the mechanism.

Yo,
Second -hand window motors can be found on similar aged corolla's
in the scrappys.
Changing it is not as bad as it looks.
Plenty of info on the above threads.
