What's this fuse/relay for?

I was looking at the fuse box under the bonnet and there is a fuse/relay set marked DOME. What is it for?

For DOME read interior light (the one on the roof lining). The Americans call them Dome lights for some reason.

Funnily enough the rear passenger light has never worked. I feel an investigation coming on.
