Someone just remind me the ohms law formula thing for working out what gauge wire to use for spots etc.

Ohms law is.....
Voltage = current x resistance
....but thats no good for spotlights for that you need to know the combined wattage and divide that by the voltage, that will tell you how much current your lights will draw
