loose wire

anyone know what this is or got a wiring diagram for....

single heavy gauge black with yellow stripe wire behind passenger side battery/between airbox and wing. Thinking it should probably be connected seeing as there are corresponding male and female plugs there?

not spots, it's only a single core wire. And i'm pretty sure it's factory wiring. So i dunno, looking at wiring diagrams the only black/yellow wires i can see are pass. door pin, and fuel cut solenoid. Can't trace it any further as it dissappears off into the original loom both sides. I would've thought it was too heavy a wire for either of them though, it must be a good 3-4mm diameter.
