Power sockets help please

Hi all, I want to fit a cigarette lighter and a 12v power socket on the rear of the centre console below the ashtray and cupholder, and also a 12v power socket in the boot of my 3rd gen, has anybody done this, if so where did you take the live feed from?, could anybody draw me a wiring diagram of where I could take a feed or what fusebox and size of fuse to use, thanks mayto

No, It's safer to run a new 17A cable directly from the battery.

Put a 15A fuse in the cable as near to the battery as possible.

Most of the wiring that's in place is designed for it's expected load. For anything that may require more than a small amount of current, run a fresh fused feed direct from the battery.
