air horns

hi if went to put a set of air horns on the surf and i've blowin the fuse can someone plz tell me were it is as i carn't find it anywere and when i put them on the + and -to the bat off the one on the surf on the air horns it was on all the time i'm i doing some wrong

Yep sounds like ya doing summat wrong there mate, not sure where the horns fuse is off hand but it should be marked on the cover, either under the bonnet or in the drivers side foot well, once this is replaced you need to either find the existing relay feed or take a new feed (through a fuse) to supply a new relay, if ya want em to opperate on the push pad connect the neg side of the relay to the wire comeing from the steering wheel horn push (its switches neg) then take your power supply for the air horns compressor through a fuse to the relay and then to the comp, wireing the relay is pretty easy, if your unsure of it post on and i or someone will let ya know how their wired,

hi thanks for that i got a relay with them tryed it be no good i now no why its switches neg so could i not just the feed for the horn thats on
