rear window

hi my rear window has got my head done in it come's down ok but will not go back up the motor is ok but you can hear a click from the back when you try to put it up can anyone help plz

more than likely if you can hear the motor working when you turn the key the rubber bush inside has separated from the cog inside the motor.
Remove motor take plate off put three screws through plate
