How the hell do you remove the stereo. Ive tried several times with the tools you get from halfords but no luck. Its a Panasonic Head unit. A friend told me that on toyotas they bolt the head unit in and it means taking the dash apart to get to it. Does anyone know the best way to get the dash apart.

Now there's a guide I could have USED!!
Yes, you have to dismantle the dash, but it's not a major prob. Follow the guide, and if anything doesn't want to come off, there's probably a screw that you've missed as a couple aren't too obvious. It's not a bad job. About 10 mins to get to the radio unit, and about the same to get it all back together.
