On my 92 2.4td ssr-g there are a number of warning lights that I haven't got a clue what they mean, has anyone got a brake down of the dash of most of all the white light meter in the bottom left hand corner of the speedo panel that consists of a three bar of lights that drop to two once the engine starts ????

bottom left corner on my 2.4ssr-g IS glow plug heater light

its white looks like coil yes? only stays on few seconds when you turn ignition on

No it looks like this pic below and all three blocks light up when I turn to stage one on the key then the biggest block go's out after a second then all of them go out when I turn the key. what the hell is it cos I have driven Diesel cars before and they have all hade that glos start symbol which I know but mine doesnt have one and has this instead???????

mystery symbol

I used to have a dodge power wagon that had a similar warning light
it used to advance in sections when you drove along an incline
and would give you an audible warning when all three bars were
lit. it was supose to stop you from rolling over.

I know that it was an option in some land cruiser models acording to
my mate at toyota garage
