Slow windows

My rear door windows and the tailgate window are all very slow (the dogs stick their heads out so very important!)
Has any one any ideas, would this be the relays that I have heard something about, if so where are they!

holts do an areasol aresol areasssol spray can that lubricates rubber or any silicone spray should do.

Halfrauds also do a silicon rubber lubricating spray. Just do the vertical bit of the seals round each window, then motor them up and down a few times. Should work for the rear windows, and hopefully it'll solve the back window.....!
