Hi - Ive got one of the large combination stereo/cd/tape palyers in my 2nd Gen 3.0 - and its broken. Ive worked out how to remove it, but can anyone recommend a nice entry level replacement? I'm not really a HiFi buff - I'd just like something to play my cds on and a radio.

If i had to replace mine i'd be looking for something that can play mp3's off a CD.. as well as WAV or normal CD tracks...

it was a single din stereo and yes it uses the electric ariel.If i remember rightly it was about £120.You can get the plastic cubby holes to fill the gap underneath thats left from a double din.It also played mp3'sOriginally posted by murphcbr6

Try Argos Plays Cds and Mp3s £59.99 Goodmans GCE7355. Not the best but cheap enough and its good enough for everyday use. Halfrauds usually do some around the same price in the sale.Originally posted by murphcbr6
