Hi all, hope somebody can help, I have a Sony WX-C570R head unit and a Sony CDX-T69 autochanger and want to fit a remote controller to it, what is the difference between a Sony RM-X2S and a Sony RM-X4S remote controller? would they both work with the WX-C570R head unit? thanks mayto

there is no difference,just that one is newer than the other,they both have the same functions.

Thanks Vatchman,I had an idea that they might be the same, I have bought a RM-X2 off e bay in the hope that they were the same, I didn't want to plug it in and fry something in my stereo.

Thanks Sancho, I have seen that list of compatible headsets on my scouring of the net, but have not seen anything that said they were compatible with the RM-X2S or that it is the same spec as the RM-X4S, but because they are mentioned together a lot I thought they might be interchangeble, thanks mayto
