Rear Passenger Window

Morning!

ok yesterday i noticed something odd that maybe you guys can help with....

I lowered the drivers side rear window so my young un could wave to his Nan, but when i tried putting it back up it stopped half way... i could hear the motor going but no movement....

I lowered it again and then it stuck again... but the last time i tried it it went all the way... oooo er....

any ideas on this?
