Problem with coolant temperature gauge and fuel gauge

Problem with coolant temperature gauge and fuel gauge, no longer indicate.
Does somenone know how i can fix this problem ? I have a hilux from 1989 2.4D

Could just be the cable has come out of the back of the dash. Pull it out and have a look:
