Rear Window Crisis........Help!!

Tried everthing, but when trying to get rear window up, a buzzer sounds.
Rear interior light stays on.

Wiper is parked, tailgate lock down.

There must be a failed interlock, but I cannot trace it.

Any ideas? ( there is power, as I can hear window mech at end of position, if trying down )

check the interlocks on the door catches. (both sides)

but it shouldn't move up or down if any are knackered.

quick temp fix is to put 12v to window motor to get it up

Thanks Guys, I'll motor it up from a battery.

Tried to hard wire the interlock connectors from the door catches.....no joy.

Oh well kept me away from the shops !!

NOTE** shut tailgate first as glass is very fragile unsupported

happened to me the other day when i had a sofa in the back and it was pushing on the tailgate suggest you check the tailgate is not bent or bowed in any way

As said normally the door interlocks (Give it a good slam!) but there is also one on the rear wiper.
