Speedo dial conversion

Help, I am half way through replacing my KPH dial on my 91 ssr-x auto and have stripped out most of the dash but the right hand side of the cluster seems solid with no visible fixing has anyone got any info please as I am close to digging out my wrecking bar!

it should only have 4 screws, then pull it back enough to unclip the speedo cable and plug.

check extra wiring isn't cable-tied to the speedo cable, stopping you pulling it out.
