Glow plug relay

The relay is clicking but no power to the glow plugs ,and yes we have checked there is power going to it. It seems to be clicking on and off immediately . So i take it's b******* . Any one know if its a toyota only part or can it be sourced elsewhere

Have you checked the fuse??
