    Guess I might be a 'boom tish' driver!! Having installed my own new system including amp and dual subwoofers. I'm just in the wrong place that's all.

      the standard setup is quite good - the amped rears are not bad at all and I have the roof mounted 2" ones too. im running off an Alpine unit but any unit connected up at the head unit the right way should be able to power them.
