Fast idle on a '92 2.4EFI diesel SSR-G

Greetings from down under,
Does anyone have a wiring/vacuum hose diagram for my Surf engine management system please? Definitely have a fault, somedays the idle revs are on the button, somedays she idles just above a 1000rpm, the throttle cable isn't tight, and I've noticed that the vacuum operated idler valve on the side of the "throttle" body doesn't always operate once she has warmed up. Anyone had this problem ?
Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
