  • belt light and ariel

the warning light for seat belts on my 92 2.4 stays on even when belts are in use. also the ariel comes up when ignition is turned on and goes down when off, should it not go down if the radio is not in use?

Seat belt light could be a broken wire. Check the connections to the drivers seatbelt.

The aerial is probably wired into the ignition switch instead of the take off on the back of the radio. Check the connections on the radio to make sure it's connecxted to the correct wire (usually yellow on UK spec radios).
