100 Amp Alternator fuse.

Any idea what may have caused the fuse to go?

I know the batteries were dead on the 2.4 when I got it. Could it have been the jump-start they attempted at the docks?

Also, any idea how to remove it ?

Hi rob, after 2 days of collecting my gen 3 3.0, the main fuse melted! they generally blow, melt after being sat in the docks for a while, they create a dry joint and get hot and melt.
The fuses are held in with screws from below.
