    Anyone Know anything about this item on Ebay that I saw today.

    Its a modern way of altering your mixture, it adds more fuel cos the sirflow meter is reading wrong, the resistor alters the reading for the ECU. Personally I'd leave it alone, you'll only use more fuel and fail emissions tests.

    If you must, its free if you just move the flap in relation to the sensor. V6 and 2.4 petrol Surfs/4Runners have a normal airflow meter next to the filter box. This houses the sensor. dunno where it is on 2LT/E's there is only the throttle flap in the manifold, you could move this on its slots to think the throttle is pressed more than it is.

    Overfueling does work to a degree, but makes black smoke and glugs the fuel.

        If your realy looking for a decent power up lookup Dtronic. It's an electronic unit that plugs in between the engine and the ECU. A very common power up option on Diesels in Australia.

          There is also this which is U.K. based but I don't know if they do Surfs.
