My rear window motor as just packed up the rubber drive has sheared any body know where I can get a replacement new/secondhand/repair kit or of any other car that has the same motor

Yep there are other toyotas with the same motors, this, and many other details of problems with the rear window have been covered extensivly here on the forum.

Search and you shall find......

Thanks for the info
Obtained a motor from a scrap Toyota corrola mk1 but the wrong hand(drivers side) but found the internals the same so rebuilt the old motor and the window works!!!(None of the clicking and sticking its done from when I bought it) The only mistake was to not mark the teeth engagement before I stripped it down
And all for £10 not the £102 I almost paid for a second hand one off e-bay I hate to think what a new one would cost
