central locking stopped working ( help )

i have a 3.0 surf and the romote central locking has stopped working on the key fob its not after market its original toyota the battery is ok in the fob, is there a way to re program it help please cheers

I have this problem with my Mondeo now and again,
With the Mondeo you have to unplug the central locking connectors at the control box, and leave disconnected for about 20 mins > half an hour, then reconnect. works fine after that.
maybe this will work with yours???
