  • turning reversing light into fog light ??

I've read that a couple of people have done this already.

Am i right in thinking that you use a reb bulb in place of the white bulb?

And use the existing rear fog wiring (if its present) ?

and will this pass the SVA?

    any help appreciated....

Well he's nearly got me. That looks like a server belonging to my broadband supplier.

62.252.192.17 resolves to, manc-cache-14.server.ntli.net. Anyone got any good hacking tools.

I think you might get away with it for an MOT but probably not an SVA. Something to do with it being E-Mark approved. Sorry I can't remember owt else about it.

Alternatively I have gone for an in bumper fog, this can also be found on the same site if you have a look around.

Has anyone tried using the third brake light as a fog? This is already red and is also 21watt. It's what I'm thinking of doing
                    Cheers,
                    Sean

Think there is some law about height of fog light from ground for MOT

Mine is in my reverse light but done way after the SVA (wouldn't advise any mods until SVA is passed)

Do you know how much it is to put a fog light in the bumper? I am fed up with having to keep replacing it.

just a note but the fog light must be on the off side for an mot.
so much to do , so little money , so little time
