Facia adapter

Well went to halfords this morning for a universal facia adapter,guess what, they`d run out, and to make things worse they could`nt find a part number to get another.
I`ve just gad a bit of a trawl on ebay and found this:-

Might sound a daft question but will the 4 runner facia fit my 94 surf?
