ECU problems on gen 2 surf

i think my ECU has died on my surf. Happened overnight and now it won’t start, also glow plug light on dash isn’t coming on & year selector lever is locked in park.. Does anyone know anywhere/anyone in Manchester area that can test the unit? I can remove unit for testing.
the model number on ECU is 1758001312s, 89661-3D100
