Tool to adjust £rd Genb headlamps

I drove my surf for the first time in the dark yesterday only to find the headlamps are facing into space! when i looked at back of the lamp units they have adjusted which look like they need a special tool to set. can this be done without the tool? or do i need to pop in to toyota dealer?

There is no special tool! use a phillips screwdriver doh!!!!!!!!

i have a friend at Toyota in maidenhead, main dealer that can supply / work on Jap imports.

Doh, haven't tried to adjust them yet, they blind other people perfectly at the moment, so haven't bothered.

I can see perfectly into the car in front, it illuminates their dashboard lovely
