  • Whip aerial

ok my mate just bent my aerial after being in the pub last night - I could replace the sleeve from the ones in the shop (£25) but I quite like the idea of the whip style ones.... will I get good reception and is it 3/8" or something i need to fit?
How would it fit on, screw on etc???

    would that fit?

i bought a stainless whip aerial off U.S. e bay about 4 months ago, with the lift ive got on the truck its great for driving into car parks as ive got a bit of black tape on the aeriel that marks the roof height of my truck, so i know if the roof is gonna clear the roof of the truck, just bends over on low roofs, then pings back up on the other side. anyway it was specific for a us 4 runner and fitted straight onto the surf no problem

all in £15 delivered from U.S. , and took about 15 minutes to fit and connect .
