Glowplug timer relay?

Owning a 2nd gen for a few years now when it came to change my car what else would you go for? silly question, so now I am now the proud owner of a nice clean & tidy fresh import 3gen.
One thing that I have noticed is the glowplug timer relay only comes on for about 2 secs, is this normal or should it be more like the 2nd gen (8secs?)
Still got my 2nd gen, now for sale 1994M 3.0 td also clean & tidy full dealer service history from new £4250 for quick sale

My light only comes on for 2secs or less, but I leave it for just a bit longer to make sure, and have never had any problems, so nothing to worry about.

Thanks, wernt worried much they've obviously changed the timer relay, or we both have a fault??! Thanks again.
