rear door lock / window switch

hello me again i dont think its the harness i took the inner panel off and it all looked like new inside so im thinking my window not going up on the key is down to the key switch so advise on whats best to do is sort. has anyone got pictures of switch so i know what to look for ? are they repairable ? where can i get a new one ? thanks for all members help so far matt
