Speedo

After replacing the face on my speedo and putting the dash back together the speedo stopped working, dismanteled it again to ckeck the connections and make sure the needle was attached to the shaft - all seems ok, but still not working.

Any ideas - I'm well fed up of dismanteling the dash!
