No longer ago that 10 years. Thats when I first went to the States. Last time I went (about 3 years ago) everyone was moaning about the fuel prices - we laughed as it was still next to nowt compared to our prices!

As far as running the truck - well, I suppose I do about 5000 miles a year. I walk or cycle to work.

5k a year, that aint much, ive done about 2k miles in the past month an a half. I am pretty into mtn biking, but i would hate to not drive. Yes we will moan when priced go up, i know if you were used to $2.50 a gallon and it goes to $5 you would be ####ed. It's not the cost itself at $5 a gallon as thats still decent its the fact that it double from some speculators feels the demand is up so shall prices and the government keeps taxing it.

the good thing with LPG is the price goes up or down depending on the weather so in the winter its expensive but hopefully should go down again come feb march when it warms up!

with diesel and petrol they just like to keep putting the price up regardless!

We don't see much of LPG here, must be because propane is a little bit more that gasoline here.

Then Move the USA, but then you have to deal with your money not being worth anything and the vast majority of people are obese. You choice, cheaper fuel and taxes with fat people or higher cost of living and people who can live past 50.

Nice, what kind of MPG do you get compared to plan Diesel, and do you mix with diesel because on Tdiclub forums many don't seem to mix with diesel, they run it straight and get similar mpg's to basic diesel, tdiclub it the US VW TDI forum.

We have people nearly as fat as yours these days. Just watch Jeremy Kyle or one of the other Chav filled morning chat shows for proof.

Having said that, I saw the fattest person I have ever seen in McDonalds Gila Bend on the way from Phoenix to Yuma once. (I'd broken down and was waiting for the hire company truck)

I thought she was wearing one of those Sumo suits, but when she started troughing down burgers like there was no tomorrow, and then proceeded to steal her kids / partners food like some kind of possessed vacuum cleaner, I figured the flabby beehatch was actually real flesh and not silicone! hideous!
