  • Power Steering Pump (1993 3.0L V6 SR5 4Runner)

    Hi,

I urgently need a new/used/reconditioned power steering pump for my 4runner, anyone know where I can get one as quickly as possible?

    Thank you

Depends on where abouts you are??

I know that the member called 'Tiger' has a 3L V6 he is breaking, i have just got 2 cylinder heads of him. He's down south somewhere, but u could always arrange a parcel force collection & delivery, would be quite cheap for something that small.

    i'd give him a shout.
If you pretend it goes fast... it will!!

Thanks Popeye, I have no idea if the 2.4 is the same as the 3.0, I was hoping someone on the forum would be able to confirm this.

Will have to wait for some more replies.

          Thanks

              Awesome

I haven't actually seen another red one before, theyre all either miserable dark colours or two individual colours.

I think the red makes it look meaty!!!

we should start our own gang.

I've actually recently moved up the road to Bournemouth on the Clifftop. (Southbourne)

"Tiger" has a 3.0L V6 Pump for me, so looks like i'm hopefully sorted.

I see you are also in Poole?

No site up for www.outrageousoffroad.co.uk, are you in the process of setting up something?

That sounds cool, keep me posted...

Not sure if i'll be able to make it as we have a 3 month old and along with our 18 month old it's hard to organize these kinds of trips at this stage in their lives.

well if you are interested and can make it its on sat the 31st,we can meet up some where like the mountbatten arms and convoy up from there, its only an hour and a bit drive, then play on the plains for a few hours then back home.nothing to technical about it just some great lanes and a bit of mud plugging.let me know if you can make it.

Thanks to everyone who helped me source a power steering pump, Tiger got one to me and it's installed and flew through MOT.

                          Thanks Tiger!

                          Much appreciated!
