ECU Reset

Just wondering if you can re-set the ECU on a V6 Petrol surf.. If so, which fuse is it? and which box is it located?

Hi, just disconnect the batteries for a few minutes should reset it.

I was told to disconnect the battery for 15mins, that should do the trick!

I disconnected the battery overnight before doing a regular long trip (400+ miles) I used about two thirds of the fuel I normally would! I cant explain it but its great news!

ooh that sounds good, I may have to give that a try.
Anything to save money !

Does anyone know if it would cause any problems with the imobiliser by disconecting the battery ?
