  • TRD Headers for Surf?

Hi, new here. Does anybody know if TRD makes Headers for the Surf (RHD 4Runner)?

Nah, Only for the 3.4 V6. plus the only place to get them and other aftermarket headers is the US, but its lots of aggro to make them fit a RHD car, as they are designed to fit around the steering rod thats on the other side.

Better off getting some custom built. But there ain't alot of room in the engine bay, which is why the Toyota ones are so restrictive.

A 2" body lift helps give more room.

Thanks for the quick reply. So if I lift her 2", I should be able to use the US TRD versions?

PS, I have the 3.4L V6. Posted here 'cause it was the closest to what I had.

Could you recommend any performance mods I could do to squeeze some more power out of this motor?

Thanks for the reply guys. I was looking into the supercharger but thought that without proper headers and exhaust I would not squeeze the maximum out of the upgrade.

rusty, the Downey headers are for the lhd unfortunately.
