swapping auto engine onto manual gearbox??

I have my manual gearbox'd LN130 in bits right now. I got a rebuilt engine from an auto, took all the ancillaries from my duff engine. I am wondering if the engines are a direct swap. I have been told of a spacer that may/ may not exist in an auto engine, different to the manual engine. I know they are the same engine, but is there any mechanical extras I need to mate the engine form an auto to my manual gearbox?
