There's nothing to wire the service data feed to in your truck. Even a Hilux VI doesn't have a service indicator.

Another update. spent a few hours last night trying to fix my aftermarket radiator fan bushwhacker fitted.
It was cable tied on rather than attached to a bracket so the radiator had to be drained and dropped just to fit it on again. The cable ties used had all broken but one and it was nearly smashing into the belts as mine pulls air through due to wanting to keep my air con.

Anyone bought one of these for their own and had problems?

It's from his parts list and has started warping or something but it looked good quality when I first saw it.

The main problem I had with the cable ties as they had to be tight when bushwhacker did it is they have damaged my radiator fins on a brand new toyota radiator which is kind of annoying. Looks pretty to start but doesn't stand the test of time..

After draining the radiator some of my hose joins were packed with silicon for some reason, probably to compensate for the lack of swaging/beading on the off cuts of tubing he found and used, had to replace that as it started to leak coolant too

The hose clips don't seem to be too great as I did supply t bolt ones but they weren't used everywhere.

for the 38mm bore coolant hose you need the 48mm-51mm ones, can be used on non lexurf hilux hoses too as they are the same size bore I believe if anyone wants to swap them.

Also uses these with the beaded option to keep a better seal rather than off cuts of tube...

On another note my aircon radiator doesn't seem to be fitted back in properly, does anyone have a diagram of how things should fit for it as I can wiggle it around a lot and it just seems wedged in.

I use a fan like that in "pull" inside of the radiator, as like you I have kept aircon. Instead of using the plastic zip tie style kits, I used thin long stainless bolts, lock nuts and penny washers with some heat proof sticky backed foam on their insides, to prevent fin damage... No problems for me, I use the Revotec variable fan controller thermostat thingymajig..

Silicone hoses can be a pain to seal. I used ASH hoses, and the same ASH swaged pipe connectors that you linked (and similar clips) and had a nightmare with them sealing.

I ended up using a "non set" sealing assistant, which helped enormously, but a year down the line I have noticed the odd drip. I think it is due to the low quality of the ASH hoses, the inner bore is not totally smooth, and the "wrap" texture is visible, the 130 degree bents I used had the inner liner and I have no issues with them at all.

I really want to get some custom coolant pipes made up, as with my front facing intake, my Rad top hose is made of an elaborate mix of 45 degree, 90 degree and straight sections joined together, lots of potential leak points, and heavy and clumsy!

Would love an on board compressor but when it does get hot you can't beat having air con!

Excuse the 5 year old looking drawing. How's yours laid out Karma for hoses down the side of the rad?
With mine leaking I've tried to experiment and have this sort of setup as my fan is mounted top right. Does your fan have any spacers from the radiator as mine was chafing when right again with cable ties.

I prefer the rubber hoses as they end up bonding to the metal after a while over silicon. I will try any setup but having a pull fan/air con and avoiding all the belts is a mission and a half!

Also what's your setup for the top hose? is that one complete bit as the bottom KZN130 3 litre radiator hose fits perfectly if you cut a tiny bit of length off one end!
