I've had a 24" one on my A bar for best part of a year now. No issues ther than the black paint has got a bronzey look to it now. No biggy tho!

So Update.
Fuel tank seems to be a bit more under control. Got some new hoses coming and a few bits and bobs so that should be fixed soon.
Have started getting a leaking oil filter and tightening it won't fix it so it now has to be removed. Just unscrew it right? Oh of course not this is Vince's work.
I have to unbolt the engine and hoist it/jack it up somehow.
Seems he couldn't be arsed fitting the remote oil filter housing or anything I supplied so more expense just for a simple oil filter.
It actually knocks the chassis on closer inspection, probably what caused the damage.

Haha yeah. I think my best option is to drain the oil, saw through the filter and unscrew the rest with the space i make then fit a remote oil filter adapter and stuff. Don't fancy moving the whole engine if i'm honest....
Anyone have any better ideas? :/

I planned to get this
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Lexus-LS40...-/331182076683
Could do with one from the UK though ideally.
Then put a housing for it which I have up top of the engine bay near the airbox.

That was the one I was going to post!
That does bypass the factory water-jacket cooler though..
I'm actually planning on fitting one of these to mine, along with a oilstat and external oil cooler.
Those weren't about when I built mine so I used one of these: (different thread I think... but same style/brand)

something like that will be the easiest/quickest fix,, if that's what you are after.More Lift.
More Tyres.
More Engine.
