swapping gear boxes on 2.4 and 3.0 engines

I have a LN130 in bits right now, and want a 3.0 litre. What I want to do is buy a KZN130 and sell the LN130 once it is upto selling standard. What I want to know is can I take the manual gearbox out of the LN130 and stick it into an Auto KZN130 and visa versa? I much prefer the manual box, but cant find a manual KZN130 anywhere for decent money.
Are the boxes swapable, cabin plastics too?

You'll need the manual engine loom and ECU to change from auto to manual.
AFAIK, the 2.4 and 3.0 use the same manual gearbox.

thanks for that. plus pedal changes and time, I might just wait for a manual 3.0L!
