3gr engine swap

Hi guys, new to this forum as you have some good engine swap info.

I have a mk3 Hilux Pickup with a manual box and was considering the 1uz swap but I'm concerned over the size of the engine and the alteration to the drive line etc so was considering the 3gr V6. It would give more room to work, better

there is plenty of info about fitting the lexus v8 I have one in a mk3 myself there is enough room and it is awsome!

I wanted to keep a manual transmission, is that what you've done?

The he kits are quite expensive too aren't they?

I used the lexus auto box with a gen 2 surf transfer box and front prop. The whole lot cost me £700 including the donor car plus my time obviously
