NO overdrive😳😳

Hi all

For some weeks my overdrive has not engaged and with giudence I did the diagnostic test today. Linked the TE1 and T1 terminals and turned ignition on. Results were engine light flashes constantly and with ODRIVE switch on that flashes constantly as well. Is this a ECU fault?
Have I done this right?
Any help and guidence would be gratefully received
