Only had my Surf 2 weeks,but i have noticed when i put the heater on full blast i get small pieces of black foam coming up through the vents intermittantly,could someone enlighten me please.

The pipes for the fan ducting are joined to the various parts they have to be joined to with shock absorbing foam. This hardens as it get old. It is probably a few parts of this breaking off. I wouldn't worry about as it will probably stop in a while.
