Smoke

Getting smoke when under load clears up after a few seconds. Any thoughts?
Just bought premier service kit from rough trax thinking this may help as she ain't been serviced for a while.
Would egr cause this?
Also does it on first start up

normally they are reconditioned which is cheaper than replacing them.
pointless cleaning them.
